Returns
You may return most items within 30 calendar days from delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, items should be returned in good condition, preferably unused and in original packaging where possible. We understand occasional exceptions may apply.

Please contact us at support@iconitron.com to start your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days back to your original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
In certain cases, we may cover return shipping—please contact us to discuss.
