1. Privacy Statement

At Iconitron, we take your privacy seriously. Any personal information provided to us will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer information with any third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.


2. Faulty Items

If your product develops a fault within 30 calendar days of purchase, please contact us by email at iconitron@gmail.com.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items sold by Iconitron include a one-year manufacturer warranty.

In some cases, the manufacturer may request that customers contact them directly to resolve issues. These manufacturers often offer dedicated phone support or on-site services for faster resolution.

  • Items confirmed faulty and returned within 10 calendar days will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to the customer free of charge.

  • Items returned as faulty but found to be in working condition will be returned to the customer and may incur a £10 administration and return shipping fee.

  • Please ensure the item is returned complete, including all original accessories and packaging.


3. Non-Faulty Items (Returns & Cancellations)

You have the right to cancel your order and return the item(s) for a full refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for the care of goods while in their possession. We strongly recommend that all returns are made in original packaging and in resalable condition to avoid damage during return shipping. Customers are liable for any damage caused during the return transit.

  • Software: Opened software is non-refundable unless found to be faulty, in which case it will be replaced.

  • Requests for returns made after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and card used during purchase, and will be processed within 30 days of approval. Please note, refunds to credit/debit cards may take up to 4 working days to appear in your account.

Before returning any items, customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA, email us at iconitron@gmail.com.
